Dimensions & Capacity: The hall seats approximately 70 people or 100 standing. There are 12 trestle tables and over 70 chairs. Hall dimensions 7.7m wide [with fire doors] 10.6m long (to storage cupboards) 4m high. 

Parking: There is parking available in the centre car park with disabled spaces and access. If your booking requires additional parking your attendees must use the Jenny Wren car park. We would ask that all visitors respect our neighbours and road safety by abiding by this. 

Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen contains a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, large fridge and many items of kitchen ware. Hirers using the kitchen must leave as they find and empty the dishwasher if used.

Toilets: There are separate female and male toilets together with a separate disabled toilet which also has baby changing facilities.

Equipment: The Centre is equipped with a projector [freestanding], a PA system with phone plug-in capability, a small disco light, and 2 toddler soft play sets.

On the day of your event: For one off hirers the centre will be opened and closed for you.  A check before and after your booking will be completed to monitor damage and cleanliness of the hall. This is check is an essential part of refunding your deposit back to you. 

Decorations: For parties and events, decorations may be used between window frames and on doors but not on the walls. This is due to the nature of the building material. Any damage caused may be deducted from your damage deposit. Machines that produce snow, smoke and bubbles are prohibited.

Damage Deposit: As with all venues we will require a damages deposit for all bookings.  For one-off hirers this will be £150. This will be refunded to you within 14 days after your booking subject to a satisfactory check for damages.

Refunds: After you have finished hiring the Centre a check will be performed to ensure there is no damage.  Your refund will be processed following this check and you should allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your chosen bank account.

Rubbish: The Centre does not have a rubbish collection. All hirers must take their own rubbish away with them after their booking.

Booking Restrictions: The current policy allows birthday and similar parties only for under 12s, birthday parties for over 12s are not allowable. All other bookings requests will be assessed on a case by case basis, please take a look at our terms and conditions or contact us.

Communication: Emails are checked once a day and you can expect a reply within 3 days [unless otherwise notified].
